Deborah is a graphic designer and photographer who has travelled the world. But, the one place she has been drawn back to, time and time again, is India and - especially - the haveli.

As so many guests wanted to recreate the unique and sensational flavours of the haveli upon their return home, her first visit came when she was invited to photograph its food and to help create a recipe book. Her many subsequent visits since have inspired her to combine her creative process with her ever deepening love of the place and its people.
