DISCOVER THE HAVELI OF TALES
The idea for our cookbook was born out of many guests asking for the recipe of any number of dishes served during their stay, from breakfast chai or daliya, through to more complex sweets and chutneys.
We began the slow process of photographing our favourite dishes, with Pankaj and Kishen, our chef, discussing each recipe at length, noting down the method as we progressed.
It soon became clear though, that we needed to set the food and recipes in the wider context of the haveli as the food is an integral part of living in the space. So the book became not just a recipe book, but a journey of introduction to the haveli, Mukundgarh, and the wider Shekhawati area.
The book is hard back with a wraparound cover and marker ribbons. size 196 mm width x 256 mm height. Price to be confirmed.
